Frozen Fruit Salad
2 cans (20 oz each) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 pkgs. (10 oz each) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 can (20 oz) fruit cocktail, undrained
1 can (12 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 small can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
3 medium firm bananas, cubed
Mix it all up, freeze. Thaw for ½ hour before serving, or you can’t scoop it. I split it into 2 or more containers before freezing, otherwise it is pretty big. You can also do indiv. Servings in muffin cups, freeze, and then store remove them from the pan and store in a baggie or Rubbermaid.
