I know I shouldn't be wishing summer away - but it is HOT! And I can't help but let my thoughts wander towards Fall. So, last night I fixed a Caramel Apple Cake, since I had Fall on the brain. I made it in my new bundt cake pan, which I scored from a garage sale this summer for 25 cents! (It was on my list I made in the Spring of things I wanted to find at garage sales - victory!). Anyway - we haven't eaten the cake yet - but it looks impressively like the photo in the magazine and online. MMMM. So here it is....Caramel Apple Cake from Kraft Foods.
