Oooh, can we get a recipe for hamburger/rice casserole?

Rice Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
1 T. onion flakes
Salt/pepper to taste
1 c. raw rice OR 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can either cream of chicken or celery (I actually use Campbell's Cream of onion soup and then omit the onion flakes previously mentioned)
2 soup cans of water
2 T. soy sauce (tastes fine if you don't do this, too)

Brown hamburger w/onion flakes (if using), salt & pepper. In a large casserole (I usually just throw it into a cake pan sized dish/casserole dish), put uncooked rice, soups and water; mix. Add drained meat & soy sauce; mix. Bake at 350 degrees (if raw rice, for 1 hour, 15 min....Minute Ruce for 1 hour).

GREAT with cheese sprinkled on top once you scoop it on your plate. But don't eat it all...because man, oh man...the leftovers are ten times better than the fresh casserole! Cheap, easy...everyone in the family loves this recipe. I'd make it every week if I could get by with it.
